Like many a creative individual constantly pushing the limits of design in the article so far, Sebastiano Boni is a designer in a completely different aspect. Rather than erecting obelisks that will stand the test of time, Sebastiano makes technology a better experience for everyone.
Being a master at all as a Digital Product Designer, he currently heads the helm at Huawei in his hometown of Miloan. Where he leads the efforts at the Huawei Aesthetic Research Centre’s User Experience practice and team. Not only pushing the boundaries in technology, smarter and more human, but also making user interfaces an easier and more intuitive one for all 500 million users across the globe.
Sebastiano holds the firm belief that design, be it simple or complex, or good or bad, is the major and most important factor that is bringing people and technology closer than ever. Turning it into a flawless and symbiotic relationship where one can work perfectly with the other naturally. This mindset helped Sebastiano dip his toes in different avenues of design and developing a more evolved and multidisciplinary approach in his latest designs.
Having been in the industry for well over 15 years, Sebastiano has become a trailblazer in developing a fundamental visual language system of insurance groups that made a positive impact to the livelihoods of over 55 million people all over the world. In addition to that, he has also completely revamped the digital banking infrastructure of Greece during Capital controls, creating improved digital platforms for banks to provide a better service to employees and customers, and the many dreamers who put their concept of the future of retail stores in the emerging age of AI.
