It is often said that the best liquor is one that is aged for a long time, and that’s a fact. The longer the wine, the better it will taste. And it’s no different for Chinese Rice Wine.
In ancient legend, there is a stone cave in the province of Guilin that stores wine in bottles carved from stone and left to age for all of time. Forgotten of its existence.
Armed with this knowledge, the Chuanshanyan Wine Cellar designed a one-of-a-kind bottle that takes inspiration from the Chuanshanyan mountains in Guilin and adorned in silver and gold. And a known and beloved taste that backs up its looks to boot, too!
The bottle still retains the traditional round container shape made of clay, but both the bottle and box are colored black with engravings similar that of a mountain topography pattern. Upon closer inspection, the rings also highlight some of the significant landmarks within the city of Guilin.
A silver ring is also engraved with great detail and accuracy on the lip and neck of the bottle, and the top of the lid has a gold-colored metal cast of the mountain ranges of Chuanshanyan.
Rich in culture and Chinese history, this fine example of Chinese Rice Wine give a whole new experience in savoring one of the most sought-after liquors in the market today!
