In my career, I have held significant leadership roles, directing multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve care objectives and business targets. In my clinical research career, I've held key roles at COMPASS Pathways, Advenchen Laboratories LLC, and Medpace. As a Clinical Project Manager at COMPASS Pathways, I oversaw clinical trial activities and managed regulatory and safety compliance.
At Advenchen, I led clinical trials and developed SOPs and guidelines focusing on site compliance and assisting in Phase II and III trials. My work centers on enhancing operational efficiency through skilled clinical research and project management.

I hope to make a great impact on the world with successful clinical trials, spanning various indications from oncology to mental health domains.
