As the inventor of a sound interactive installation with over 1 million participants and an app aiming to plant 100 million trees by 2025, she has consistently led the way in creating groundbreaking technology experiences. Currently a Lead Designer at Amazon, Xiaobi is passionate about harnessing Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize consumer experiences for both business and social good.
A sought-after speaker, Xiaobi has shared her insights at top conferences, universities, and companies, including IEEE, Yale, Harvard, and Apple. She also serves as a jury member for various international design awards and enjoys writing, making music, and exploring Virtual Reality in her spare time. With 220k followers on Zhihu, her design and technology blogs have influenced over 25 million readers worldwide.
Tiago Russo
Tiago Russo is the Chief Design Officer at The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., a luxury brand dedicated to restoring Ireland's reputation as the home of the world’s finest whiskies. Over the past decade, Russo has crafted designs for some of the most prestigious brands, with a portfolio featuring luxury lifestyle domains including spirits, cosmetics, automotive, and timepieces. His impressive client list includes The Macallan, Louis Vuitton, Patek Philippe, and McLaren, among others.
A master of detailed design, Russo holds a Master’s degree in Product Design with a specialization in Automotive Design. Known for his perfectionism and dedication, he has earned over 70 design awards, with 2022 and 2023 highlighting the milestone years in his illustrious career.

With over a decade of experience in product management and leadership, Rolly Seth has established herself as a quintessential intrapreneur. Throughout her 13-year journey, she has made influential contributions to innovation and product development, playing a pivotal role in conceptualizing and pitching groundbreaking business ideas.
