The entire concept of Milo was actually based off on the founders’ true story from 6 years ago. Peter Celinski got the idea to create Milo when his kids skid off into the trees of Whistler’s famous steep, and he realized that some form of communication while being in the action is required. This was not only meant for safety purposes, it was also the instincts of a father that cared for his children.

Created through sophisticated audio processing algorithms and a proprietary mesh network, Milo combines an intuitive user interface and also thoughtful industrial designs for that smooth user experience. Despite all these fancy elements, it is easy enough to use, as users can just clip them on and be on their way. When someone speaks over Milo, it automatically picks up the voice and transmits it to others. The best part is that users do not need to stop or push a button, and they can just receive the voices over the built-in speaker. What differentiates it from traditional walkie-talkies is that everyone can respond in real-time while talking to each other like on their phones.
