Jon's extensive experience in the communications agency field, spanning nearly three decades, encompasses valuable insights gained from working on both sides of the Atlantic. Over the years, he has successfully advised and represented clients across a diverse range of industries, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in navigating the dynamics of both independent boutique agencies and global networks to deliver effective communication solutions.
Over the past ten years, Jon has primarily focused on his Technology clients. He initially led the West Coast team for the international PR firm Grayling after relocating from London to San Francisco. Subsequently, he assumed the role of President, North America, for the emerging tech agency Clarity. Presently, Jon manages his own brand communications consultancy, Coldharbour Communications, and serves on the international board of the Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC).
Chuck co-founded Cutwater in collaboration with Omnicom back in 2007. Under his leadership, Cutwater achieved significant recognition for its outstanding work with renowned brands such as Ray-Ban, Levi Strauss, American Giant, Ariat, Jeep, LensCrafters, and BNP Paribas.
In 2011, Chuck and his partners made the agency independent. Before this, Chuck served as Creative Director of North America at TBWAChiat Day, where he, along with Lee Clow, secured major accounts like Sprint, Mars, Adidas, and won Agency of the Year twice. During his tenure, he led the San Francisco office to become the world's most decorated agency. Chuck's career also included roles at Wieden + Kennedy, overseeing the Nike account, and at Goodby Silverstein and Partners, contributing to the renowned "Got Milk?" campaign and working on Levi Strauss across three agencies.
Alice Crippa is a strong advocate for the transformative power of creativity in building a more equal and nurturing society. With over a decade of experience tackling complex challenges for clients, she is passionate about projects that drive industry change. After earning recognition at Leo Burnett Milan and FCB Chicago, she now serves as a Creative Futurist at Zeus Jones, collaborating with innovative U.S. companies committed to a better future for all.
Alice champions innovation as a creative and economic force, focusing on elevating industry standards to empower ideas for a transformative role in the future. As a lecturer at Polytechnic University of Milan, she explores alternative brainstorming methods for non-creatively-trained experts to shape the future. As an immigrant, Alice values non-native talents and fosters cultural insights that enhance creative potential. She's dedicated to timely human insights, value-driven innovation, and culture-shifting initiatives.
