THE TOP MANSION by HZS Design Holding Company Limited is a modern architectural marvel located in the Qingshan Lake District of Nanchang City. Structured in an area surrounded by high-tech industries and a rich academic atmosphere, the building reflects the historical significance of Nanchang while harmonising with the natural environment. Its strategic location offers aesthetic and practical advantages, making it stand out in the cityscape.
The design of THE TOP MANSION is rooted in a vision that blends green spaces with humanistic values, aimed at enhancing the local people's understanding of history and culture. The building’s first floor is a transparent, borderless design that transitions between the interior and exterior, offering a blurring effect that dissolves traditional architectural boundaries. This open concept is complemented by a grand, double-height entrance, which is crystal clear and draws visitors into the heart of the structure.
At the core of THE TOP MANSION lies a central garden, providing a serene focal point for the building.
