The accomplished musician from Australia, who has received awards for her work, brings a wealth of experience to her artistic endeavors. Rhiannon Bahree initially gained recognition in her home country where she collaborated with esteemed artists such as Feenixpawl, ILLY, Strange Talk, and Gypsy & The Cat, all of whom have earned Grammy and/or ARIA Awards. During this period, she also started exploring the fields of engineering and production. Bahree's versatility knows no bounds, as she assumes roles such as Recording Artist, Songwriter, Engineer, Producer, Musician, and Composer.
As her career progressed, she expanded her reach and influence. She was invited to participate as a guest speaker on panels at Berklee, where she shared insights alongside prominent songwriters connected to renowned names like Miley Cyrus, Sony, and Nelly Furtado. Additionally, she took part in contests where she engaged with esteemed figures in the songwriting world including Pat Pattison, known for his association with John Mayer, Pamela Phillips-Oland associated with Whitney Houston, and Dennis R. Sinnott, who held a prominent position at EMI Music Publishing, working with iconic artists such as Paul McCartney and The Rolling Stones. This journey highlights her evolution from a promising musician in Australia to an internationally recognized figure with valuable contributions to various aspects of the music industry.
Shumile assumes a multitude of roles within the music project "Exotic Dimensions," showcasing her remarkable versatility as a producer, director, composer, orchestrator, arranger, programmer, pianist, vocalist, conductor, and recording & editing engineer. This project stands as a creative amalgamation of various musical styles, including pop, classical/film score, electric, and a rich tapestry of traditional sounds such as Irish, Scottish, Greek, African, Arabic, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Spanish, and Russian.
Furthermore, Shumile takes on the responsibilities of directing and scripting the music video for this venture, revealing her proficiency beyond just the musical realm. Her educational background boasts a degree from Berklee College of Music, where she majored in Film Scoring. Notably, she conducted the East Coast Scoring Orchestra for her project, demonstrating leadership and conducting skills. An additional highlight of Shumile's journey lies in her collaborations with a diverse array of traditional instrumentalists and singers hailing from 14 different countries. Sophia Agranovich, recognized as a Steinway Artist and celebrated pianist, recording artist, educator, and artistic director, embodies the spirit of the Golden Age Romantics with her audacious and fearless piano performances. Referred to as a "tigress of the keyboard" by Fanfare, her musical prowess captivates audiences, described as an "orison of uncommon beauty" by Audiophile and praised for her exceptional musicianship by the American Record Guide.Her performances have graced renowned venues including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Ehrbarsaal, Kaiser Hall, and Salle Cortot. A collaborator with esteemed musicians and members of prominent orchestras, her musical connections are far-reaching.
Sophia Agranovich has earned numerous prestigious accolades throughout her career and her academic journey includes earning Bachelor and Master Degrees at the Juilliard School, with a prestigious full scholarship and teaching Fellowship. She continued her pursuit of education through Doctoral studies at Columbia University. Her standing in the music community is evident, being listed in "Who’s Who in America" and "Who’s Who in the World," and holding membership in NARAS. She serves as the Program Chair of the Music Educators Association of New Jersey and holds the role of Artistic Director for the "Classicals at the Circle" series at the Watchung Arts Center.
