Robert Wesołowski, an alumnus of Wrocław University of Technology, brings two decades of experience to the video game industry. His career began with overseeing finance and operations within the CD PROJEKT SA conglomerate, where he developed his skills in strategic and project management as well as game development. Wesołowski has a notable history of collaborations with top-tier brands including CD Projekt, Blizzard, Activision, and Disney.
Leveraging his extensive background in gaming, Wesołowski took on the role of CEO at Klabater, a company he co-founded. Under his leadership, Klabater has successfully launched titles such as Crossroads Inn, Heliborne, We The Revolution, and Moonshine Inc. His dedication to the video game industry is evident in his meticulous approach to strategic planning and project execution. Wesołowski's commitment to excellence is showcased through successful partnerships with leading gaming brands and the release of critically acclaimed games.
Anton Söderhäll
Anton Söderhäll is a seasoned Executive Producer at Goodbye Kansas, renowned for its award-winning production of trailers, VFX, animation, digital humans, real-time cutscenes, and motion capture. With 18 years of experience, he began his career directing and producing music videos and commercials. Over the years, Söderhäll has been involved in more than 75 successful AAA game titles, as well as numerous film, commercial, and interactive projects. His primary focus has been on crafting engaging narratives using digital humans and performance capture, continually pushing creative and technical boundaries.
Söderhäll's skill set is diverse, encompassing expertise in arts and design, character animation, cinematics, digital human technologies, effective team leadership, and business development. These talents collectively enable him to excel in the multidisciplinary aspects of his field. His commitment to innovation and excellence has made him a standout figure in the industry, consistently delivering high-quality productions that captivate and inspire audiences.
Lisa Pendse
Lisa Pendse, a seasoned veteran in video game marketing, brings nearly twenty years of expertise to her role. Originally from Boston, MA, she now resides in Paris, France, where she serves as Vice President of Marketing at Quantic Dream. In this position, she oversees the award-winning studio's marketing strategies for both their in-house productions and externally published games.
Prior to her current role, Pendse led the global marketing strategy for Just Dance, the highest-grossing music video game franchise, successfully introducing the brand to the Chinese market. She is also an ambassador for Women in Games and a passionate advocate for the representation and advancement of South Asians in the gaming industry. Her professional interests include advocating for consumers, fostering team culture, and devising creative campaigns that meet specific objectives. Pendse excels at simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights, rallying individuals toward common goals, and building strong interpersonal networks.
