In the first season, the winning entry was submitted under Saweetie – Fast (Motion), which ultimately led to their deciding win. Alongside the rapper, Saweetie, and James Larese, the music video director, they devised ideas out of the box and their goal to make the video as big as possible.
Cameo FX took this opportunity up their sleeves and decided to take hold of the opportunity in creating an interesting video. They were always focused of jumping outside of their comfort zones, taking things up a notch without staying in their usual circles. Adding more VFX and CGs, the entire power of the music video was elevated, succeeding in the fabrication of gimmicks and more force.
The music video turned out to be almost perfect, with the magnetizing lyrics, stunning visuals, and also the overall vibes illuminating throughout proved to the judges that they possess what it takes to be the best in the industry.
Holding the title of LIT of the Year means that they will be carrying a heavier burden on their shoulders, as more and more entrants will be joining in to compete for that particular title for Season 2. However, seeing to it that the team has ample experience and also passion in their work, it would take more than a simple submission to stand on top and be on par with their standards.
