Assuming the role of the lead symphonist, Paul is highly regarded in his music notes composed for the LIT Talent Awards Season 1 Platinum and Gold Winning Entry: “Sedna, Empress of the Sea”.

Part of his prized creation alongside Jerry Thevenet who came up with the complete story, Paul possesses one of the most ingenious artistic minds in their striking attempt to bring the heartening story of “Sedna, Empress of the Sea” to life. Drawing inspiration from Inuit mythology, they set out to fabricate the tales of a young Inuit girl who turns out to rule the sea after escaping capture from an evil raven.

“Disguised” as a musical animation, Sedna brings about the primary qualities of an exhilarating movie piece, with the embellishment of powerful scores created none other by Paul Baraka. Carrying messages of strength, passion, and joy, the soundtrack itself is the resemblance of a meaning that can’t be observed from just the surface.

Relating to the courage of Sedna in the faces of evil and danger, Paul intends to come up with music that not only invigorates courage in the hearts of people, but to stand up against cruelty even when all else fails. Even when someone else is in control, or when you are facing a seemingly unsolvable situation, you will still muster the will to proceed onward.

As a musical score that comes with profound context, there is no question in seeing Pauls’ music step into the spotlight amongst other giant labels in the awards.
