Hailing from the sunshine state of sunny beaches and hotbed of creativity, California, Joaquin Lynch Garay is an Associate Creative director at the creative firm Anomaly for nearly two years.
But he wasn’t always that. Alongside his friend and partner in crime, Federico Munichor, he also took up the mantle of a creative director in other global companies during his 10-year career like Havas Worldwide New York, Leo Burnett Shanghai, PNCE Buenos Aires / Lowe, DDB Buenos Aires and Young&Rubicam. And during that very same 10-year career, both men brought great ideas and concepts to life for household brands known across the globe for Coca-Cola, Under Armour, Trident, Sonnet, NYX Football, Axe, Rexona, PayPal, VW, Telefonica, Converse, Philips, and just about every other company in all industries that garnered many awards for both of them.

Martin also tours around the country and give inspiring talks to cultivate a new breed and generation of #1 marketing and advertising wizards in the country.
Though he has admitted that he is plainer and more boring than a bowl of oat squares, Martin’s accomplished writing has appeared in exciting outlets such as McSweeney’s, Advertising Age, New York Magazine, Eephus, More and more, and running his own website The-Agency-Review.com where he has brushed shoulders and interviewed with several marketing and advertising legends of the decade.

Robyn Hobson is now the Head of Sales and Marketing at global mobile device management mogul, Mobile Guardian. Where she is leading the charge in improving the overall quality of education through mobile devices and still leads sales and marketing in her turfs in South Africa, UK, Philippines, Thailand and Spain. She’s also made her place in the Grand Jury Panel of the 2022 year, too!
