The pandemic has undoubtedly taken a fraction of people’s new worries and frustration and Lauterbach took great measures in offering comfort in the form of encouraging words, recognition and continual acknowledgement as well as compassion and empathy to her employees. Her efforts in ensuring that her employees well-being is safeguarded has truly displayed her capabilities of an admiral executive who would go above and beyond for employees is truly remarkable.

Lauterbach has also regulated the organization during a time of social unrest by personally advocating for DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) while simultaneously increased the efforts which includes providing multiple training opportunities in order to launch their career to great heights and to ultimately raise social awareness within REDI Cincinnati.

Her role as an executive who has worked tirelessly and efficiently to produce a conducive working environment where all employees would secure with an absence of stereotypes in such trying times is a show of unity and devotion to her employees’ welfare. REDI Cincinnati is forever in debt to have such a dedicated executive in its midst that would go on to be a significant example of how a leader should be. Lauterbach’s efforts did not go unnoticed as she was a Platinum Winner in the 2022 TITAN Woman in Business Awards under the category of Female Executive of the Year – Non-profitable Organization.
