Going into Season 2, the first member of the jury to make the list is Fadi Kreiker from Qatar. Currently the CEO of Prime Lands Group, Fadi has over 25 years of experience when it comes to business development, alongside his outstanding strategic and tactical management resolutions. Owning an organization is more complex than it looks, and to have a high reputation is twice as hard. Fortunately, Fadi has already overcome such hindrances, and manages his company that thrives day by day, within the industry of real estate.
Owning a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering during the year 1996, Fadi proceeded to obtain his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management after he kickstarted his career. He wanted to improve on how he manages his business opportunities, opening up brand new impacts to his business. Throughout his career, he provided his expertise in 4 different companies: a consultant company in Beirut, Lebanon, Smart Contracting Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, AlRajhi United in Dubai, UAE, and now in Prime Lands Group in Doha, Qatar.
Besides his interesting progressions, Fadi also owns awards under his name, signifying his accomplishments among the fields of property. These awards include Best Director in 2010, Best Resilience Property in 2019, Best Office Building in 2019, and Best Development Multiple Units in 2019. Whenever he faces obstacles, he will always find an alternative way to carry on, which makes him a suitable candidate for the jury panel for his abilities to notice properties that hold potential.
Bringing in the CEO of Livit Design, Benjamin Calleja, the jury panel holds even more weight when it comes to judging entries for the TITAN Property Awards. As the largest restaurant design company, Benjamin and his organization has been actively participating in the improvement of brand performance in 40 countries across 5 continents. When you do the numbers, the company is in the midst of establishing a brand new restaurant with an interval of 8 hours somewhere in the globe.
Relating to his position within the F&B industry, he founded the Fast Fine Restaurant Group, a chain of restaurants which serves as innovation labs which provide guests with unique experiences. Benjamin also possesses fine education, having 2 Master of Architecture Degrees to his belt, while also assuming the title of an international expert within the hospitality design and technology industries. Additionally, he belongs to the board in numerous Scandinavian organizations, and is an advisor for several international private equity funds.
As Benjamin’s career continues to grow, it is only a matter of time before the awards invited him to join the jury panel. With his personal charisma and competence, he would be a great addition in the awards’ aims to discover properties that will set milestones.
As the final member on this list, Kourosh Salehi is an annual returner for judging panels in different awards, and this year, the 2022 TITAN Property Awards. Currently working in the role of Design Director for LWK + Partners, Kourosh has been working as an architect, Urbanist, and educator, accumulating over 25 years of international experience in United Kingdom, Asia, and also the Middle East.
Kourosh also oversaw the full design process for urban skylines among cities like London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Doha. The most recent of his completed tower designs is the Hanging Garden Bridge situated in Dubai Creek. The bridge is under endorsement from the royalty, with many featured articles in international design journals. Kourosh has also been actively participating in academic elements, publishing and presenting different talks on Urbanism and global architecture.
With his profession across different property fields, Kourosh is yet another qualified individual that will provide his personal insights in the 2022 TITAN Property Awards. Different perspectives are necessities in the evaluation of entries, which he will definitely be able to interpret and judge based on his own capabilities.
