1Please give us a brief bio of yourself, your background, and your job profile.

The marketing team of Amaia Land consists of a group of bright business graduates, communications majors, and graphic designers.

They undertake extensive market research and analysis to better understand client demands, tastes, and industry trends, allowing them to identify target audiences and create customized marketing strategies.

Additionally, they collaborate extensively with numerous stakeholders to ensure that brand messaging is consistent across all media and touch points. They are also in charge of the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning, in order to produce a consistent brand experience.

The Amaia Marketing Team is also responsible for developing and executing numerous marketing strategies across many channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, advertising, and events. Their creativity and analytical skills allow them to create intriguing and impactful campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and promote brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

2What is your role in the company?
The marketing team is critical in positioning the brand, raising awareness, attracting new purchasers, and contributing to the overall success of Amaia’s projects. Understanding client demands, developing successful marketing strategies, and executing powerful campaigns has been important in propelling Amaia Land's growth and reputation in the highly competitive real estate business.

Amaia is a renowned real estate developer in the Philippines under Ayala Land dedicated to developing affordable yet sustainable housing that meets the needs and aspirations of Filipino families.

Winning the 2023 TITAN Property Awards is an incredible honor for the team and Amaia as a whole. It validates everyone’s unwavering commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.

This award serves as a testimonial to the hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment that each member has put into their career at Amaia. It demonstrates that the strategies and activities that have been put in place to promote the brand and provide excellent client experiences have been acknowledged and appreciated by industry professionals.

Receiving the 2023 TITAN Property Awards is a noteworthy achievement for the organization. It strengthens Amaia's position in the real estate industry. This accolade inspires the team to keep pushing boundaries, raising the bar and exceeding our consumers' expectations.

5Could you briefly explain about the winning project / title you entered into the 2023 TITAN Property Awards, and why you chose to enter this project?

“Walang Kapalit” was chosen to be entered to highlight the story of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), one of our target audiences. It shows the struggles they go through like family conflicts and the sacrifices they must make for their loved ones at home. The team has always been devoted to meeting the housing needs of the hardworking OFWs.

At Amaia Land, the members wanted the "Walang Kapalit" campaign to play a huge part in this initiative. On December 13, 2022, the video was uploaded as the latest chapter of Amaia’s viral online series "Amaiaserye," which is shared on Amaia’s official YouTube and Facebook account.

6What were the biggest challenges you faced with this project?

One of the most difficult issues faced with the "Walang Kapalit" project was finding the perfect balance between the video's emotional impact and its promotional objectives. The team wanted to make a meaningful video for OFWs who were longing to reunite with their loved ones during the pandemic. Simultaneously, the marketing team needed to ensure that the video properly delivered our brand message.

Furthermore, because the video was part of the Amaiaserye online series, prior episodes needed to be kept consistent while still introducing new features. To captivate the audience and keep them coming back for more, a balance between familiarity and novelty must be met.

7How has winning this award developed your practice / career?
Winning the award has given the team an unforgettable experience and valuable knowledge that can be applied to future initiatives. It has broadened the team’s awareness of effective video marketing tactics and allowed members to obtain insights into the target audience's preferences and expectations. This honor has given everyone the courage to push boundaries, try new techniques, and strive for greatness in our marketing endeavors!
8What led you / your organization to become successful within the industry you are currently in?

The team’s success in the industry can be attributed to the focus on affordability with quality, adaptability and strategic partnerships.

A client base has been gained by offering competitively priced units without sacrificing quality, including first-time homeowners, young professionals and families looking for economical living options. It will also aid us in dynamically adjusting our strategies and offerings to align seamlessly with evolving trends and technologies, enabling us to maintain a leading edge in our industry.

Lastly, partnerships have allowed the company to broaden its reach, enter new markets, and provide clients with a seamless process throughout their journey toward buying a new home.

9What makes your country specifically unique in the design industry?
The fusion of different cultures in the Philippines due to historical colonization has resulted in a wide spectrum of design styles that combine traditional features with a modern sensibility.
10How has the country, you are based in, helped move your industry forward

Through infrastructure development and a booming tourism sector, the Philippines has been instrumental in propelling the real estate industry ahead.

The government has made infrastructure development a top priority, investing extensively in transportation networks, road systems, airports and seaports. These infrastructural developments have enhanced connectivity, accessibility, and mobility, making areas more appealing for real estate development. The improved infrastructure has opened up new opportunities for investment, stimulating industry growth.

The Philippines is a famous tourist destination due to its stunning beaches, cultural legacy, and kind hospitality. The expanding tourism industry has increased demand for lodging, resorts, and leisure properties, creating considerable potential for real estate developers. The influx of tourists has prompted the construction of hotels, resorts, and other tourist-oriented facilities, which has contributed to the industry's expansion.

11What are your top THREE (3) favorite things about the real estate industry?

Positive Impact on People's Lives: Making a positive impact on people's lives is one of the most satisfying elements of working in the real estate market. Being a part of this business allows everyone to play a key role in improving the quality of life for customers, whether it's assisting people and families in finding their dream homes or offering affordable housing options to those in need.

Nature is Dynamic and Evolving:The real estate market is extremely dynamic and continually evolving. There is always something new and fascinating going on, from developing market trends to novel technology and creative concepts. This gives everyone a limitless number of opportunities to think creatively, adapt to changing market demands, and stay ahead of the competition in this dynamic environment. It keeps members on their toes and pushes them to continue learning and growing.

Building Strong Communities:Real estate plays an important part in the development of strong and thriving communities. Real estate has the capacity to alter the way people live, work, and connect with one another, whether through the construction of mixed-use properties, the creation of green areas, or the promotion of social connections within neighborhoods. Participating in projects that help to the growth and development of communities is extremely fulfilling since it fosters a sense of belonging and improves residents' general well-being.

These three continuously inspire and remind the team of the potential this industry has and are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to it.

12Where do you see the evolution of the real estate industry in the next 5-10 years?
The market will be more focused on sustainability and eco-friendly practices. With increased environmental awareness, both developers and consumers will prioritize energy-efficient designs, green building materials, and long-term infrastructure. Renewable energy sources and environmentally friendly initiatives will be required for new developments.

14Who has inspired you in your life, and why?
The team finds inspiration in the unwavering commitment and diligent efforts of parents, motivating them to persistently pursue their life goals without surrendering.

This opportunity will be taken to wish OFWs well. Their sacrifices are commendable and the entire team hopes that “Walang Kapalit” was able to touch them emotionally and inspire them beyond the campaign video to keep working towards their dreams.
