I’m Tenny Enoch Devadas Chandrasegar, a Full-stack Lead Engineer/Architect with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. My expertise spans across designing and developing dynamic web and robust applications using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud APIs, and Kubernetes.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with Global 500 financial clients, earning recognition for my innovative approach to project delivery, particularly in liquidity management and debt resolution. I’ve also contributed to international research, publishing journals focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.

2What inspired you to pursue innovation in your field?
Innovation has always been a driving force in my career. The constant evolution of technology and the potential to solve complex problems creatively inspired me to push the boundaries of what's possible. The ability to impact people's lives positively through technology is what fuels my passion for innovation.

I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as Achieve, CapitalOne, Bayer, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank, where I've contributed to projects focused on financial services, supply chain planning, and analytics. These organizations prioritize innovation and customer-centric solutions, which has allowed me to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real difference.
4What does “innovation” mean to you?
To me, innovation means creating solutions that not only address current challenges but also anticipate future needs. It’s about thinking beyond conventional methods, embracing new technologies, and constantly seeking ways to improve and adapt.
5Can you briefly describe your innovation and its impact?
One of my most notable innovations was in the area of automated loans and debt resolution. This project involved developing a platform that automates the underwriting process, making loan approvals more efficient and accessible to customers. The impact has been significant, helping individuals manage their debt more effectively while also boosting their credit scores.
6How did you come up with the idea that led to your award-winning innovation?
The idea stemmed from observing the inefficiencies in traditional loan processing and the challenges customers face in managing debt. I wanted to create a solution that simplified these processes, making financial services more user-friendly and accessible to a broader audience.
7What challenges did you face during the innovation process, and how did you overcome them?

11What advice would you give to aspiring innovators looking to make a difference?
My advice would be to stay curious and never stop learning. Innovation is about challenging the status quo and exploring new possibilities. Surround yourself with a diverse team, be open to feedback, and don’t be afraid to take risks.

Staying motivated and focused was a matter of keeping the end goal in mind—creating something that would have a meaningful impact on people's lives. Regular milestones and a supportive team also played a key role in maintaining momentum throughout the process.

I hope this innovation will empower individuals by giving them better tools to manage their finances and improve their quality of life. The goal is to make financial services more accessible and less daunting, ultimately contributing to financial well-being on a larger scale.
