My creative and design process is a highly collaborative and systematic workflow, meticulously planned and executed from conceptualization to final presentation.

First, I engage in in-depth communication with the client to fully understand their needs and vision, and to outline an initial animation path. During the creation phase, I work closely with my team, combining the expertise of architects and visual artists, and employing an efficient workflow for animation production and rendering.

Finally, we present the completed work to the client and make any final adjustments based on their feedback. This process not only ensures the quality of the end result but also continuously elevates our creative standards and technical capabilities.

The award-winning project is located at the heart of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone. This project, centered around the concept of "梧桐引凤" (attracting phoenixes with the Paulownia tree, a metaphor for attracting talents), aims to establish a regional gateway landmark for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation area.

We chose to participate in this project not only because of its prominent geographical and strategic significance but also due to the full support and cooperation from the client regarding our design philosophy and expression methods. Additionally, the architectural design itself is unique, brimming with innovation and character. These factors collectively contributed to the success of our work and the honor it has received.

Within the tight timeline of just 9 working days to complete a 3-minute animation, our biggest challenge was to transform the core concept of "attracting phoenixes" into a vivid visual and emotional experience. We had to ensure that the animation accurately conveyed this theme while also being expressive and emotionally profound.

It has opened doors to more international markets, significantly boosting our business expansion opportunities and enhancing our market competitiveness, allowing us to access a greater number of innovative projects. At the same time, it also motivates me to integrate more cutting-edge technologies and design concepts into my creations, driving the continuous growth of our team.
