For two decades, I have been at the helm of numerous high-performing talent acquisition programs across multiple industries. In every role, I took an innovative approach to matching companies with diverse talent and delivered unrivaled results time and again. As an analytical thinker, I felt compelled to explore the “why” behind my success. I quickly realized that my process and methods of execution were unique, rendering my partnership and knowledge indispensable to many businesses.
Fortunately, my research highlighted a massive gap: recruitment relationships have unnecessary limitations. With innate determination, I realized I could replicate my success, expand my reach, and seamlessly help even more businesses with their recruitment needs and candidates find their perfect opportunity.
The answer was to design a strategic recruiting firm like none other in the market. Simply put, the goal was to put the client first and match them with the right talent every time. And 360 Talent Avenue was born.
As the CEO of 360, I’ve been called a visionary entrepreneur, singularly focused on connecting businesses across all industries with exceptional diverse talent. I’m passionate about breaking down barriers to employment for marginalized people. I believe that there is extraordinary untapped talent that can and should be explored for even the most challenging of roles.

I am incredibly honored to win the TITAN Women in Business Award and be considered amongst so many outstanding women. After working in the talent acquisition space for more than two decades, I saw an opportunity to disrupt the industry by starting a recruiting firm with women at the helm.
This recognition emphasizes our dedication towards fostering an environment that embraces diversity and enables us to expand our reach. We are proud to join this esteemed group of women who have made such a significant impact in their industries. Next to being a female CEO and business owner, I am also a mother of two young daughters. It’s important for me to set an example for them every day that women can successfully overcome stereotypes and challenge the status quo.
As the CEO of 360, I am always thinking. I constantly evaluate better ways to support our customers, whether it be through improved efficiencies or more transparent communication. I believe strongly in diversity of thought and seek out different ideas in a multitude of ways.
Externally, I am involved in a CEO Advisory Board that helps expose 360 to different ways of overcoming adversity. Internally at 360, we encourage brainstorming sessions and feedback from our team members as their insight is highly valued and respected.

As a woman-owned business with an all-female leadership team, 360 has single-handedly changed the way businesses hire, and for the better. My parents. My father is the most diligent worker I have ever known. He set a precedent for me early on in my childhood that it takes hard work and dedication to achieve success. The long hours and do-whatever-it-takes entrepreneurial spirit no doubt comes from him.
My mother taught me all about proper planning and organization. Her shining example built the foundation for an everyday necessity in business ownership: the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize. She also taught me how to manifest effective communication through active listening skills. In both recruitment and leadership, demonstration of strong communication is a fundamental skill for success.
My keys to success has always been rather simple:
- Believe in yourself. Truly believe that you can accomplish anything.
- Take action. Set challenging goals and hold yourself accountable. Your only real competitor is you.
- Be kind to one another. Surround yourself with those who empower you to grow and thrive.
