1First, tell us about yourself, your company, job profile, etc.
I’m a passionate person for Design and communication, and our Agency DNA reflects a bit of it. Challenges are what we like to face most, just not because we are young, dynamic, experienced, cheerful, perfectionists, and highly skilled in different fields of communication, but because we like to overcome pre-established boundaries.
2Tell us a bit about your business and what you do.
At M&A CREATIVE AGENCY, we breathe the same passion since 1998: helping our clients with the recognition of their brands, through their memorable communicating experiences, promoting a reputation of the products and services according to the dimension of every business. My task is to lead and link all our creative power with our customers, and transform the business into added value partnerships focusing goals into mutual success and grown.
3Congratulations! As the winner of the 2018 Muse Creative Awards, what does winning this award mean to you and your team?
The Muse Creative Awards is very important, we all work very hard to reach superb results for our customers and to our Brand, and seeing that we are recognized overseas is an awesome satisfaction.
4Where do you see the evolution of creative industry going over the next 5-10 years?
The evolution will be each day more challenging, disruptive and sometimes beyond comprehension; which means that we all have to keep brainstorming out of the box, create added value and differentiation to the brands. Even our speech has to change as well as all the communication platforms. In 10 years consumers will have the power to decide their own brand universe without any pre-established idea of brand awareness; they will choose simply what fits more with their personality and profile. Communication and Brands will be more clear in their speech, without fireworks, otherwise, consumers will run out.
5What are your top three (3) favorite things about our industry?
My personal choice will be:
• Each day we have to think differently = Creativity
• Each day we speak with many different people = Culture
• Each day we can create something to help to change the world = Challenge
6Who has inspired you in your life and why?
The inspiration has come from my family, but the most significant part was born already in me…it was a gift.
7What makes your country specifically, unique in the creative industry?
Our country is small, and it was our tradition from centuries ago to develop a mindset that allows to fit the world, never be satisfied. This state of mind, which keeps being very alive nowadays, it’s what makes us unique in our way to observe different cultures and blends our knowledge with the info collected to transform it into added value.
8If you could give one piece of advice to someone considering a career in creative industry, what would it be?
Never, ever be satisfied…study a lot, travel, invest in yourself, be kind with the ones that are near you, respect your team, lead, dream, fail, try again, …and try again, and again! Success will come naturally because you are provoking it!
9What resources would you recommend to someone who wants to improve their skills in the advertising industry?
It depends on what they want to do, but the most important is to work, investigate every day and never stop.
10Tell us something you have never told anyone else.
I sign up to become IAA member.
11Finally, what is your key to success?
The only key to my success more than the passion that I have for what I do definitely is my TEAM.
