1Please provide us a brief bio of yourself and your health industry background.

I am Nagarjuna Reddy Aturi, also known as Arjun, a corporate executive and visionary leader in health and wellness research who has earned my place among the most impactful figures in the global wellness community. My journey, marked by perseverance, learning, and exceptional leadership, culminated in my current role as the Regional Wing Director, West - Programs, Americas and Program Research Director for Product Development (APAC) where I have been leading groundbreaking initiatives that span continents and cultures.

This formidable journey, however, laid the foundation for my broader mission—a mission to bring about positive change in the lives of individuals across the globe. I have spent the past two decades traveling to over 48 countries, immersing myself in diverse cultural.

My work extends beyond; I have also contributed to the academic and scientific communities by authoring several research papers that explore the intersections of cognitive neuroscience, AI, neural imaging, mental health, and holistic wellness. My expertise is recognized globally, having served as a speaker, judge, and peer reviewer at various prestigious conferences and summits. My influence extends to multiple advisory councils, underscoring my thought-leadership.

Currently, I lead large-scale programs across the Western Hemisphere's, a role that demands unparalleled commitment, foresight, and leadership. My pursuit of advanced studies in Lifestyle Therapy, focusing on cognitive-behavioral and nutritional approaches, showcases my commitment to continuously evolve my practice.

Recognized as a Corporate Director (DIN: 10439335) by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and IOD, I hold elite memberships in several esteemed professional groups such as IICA, IDDB, NACD (USA), EXIN, and PMI further solidify my stature as a multifaceted leader. My strategic vision, combined with expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, spans across critical sectors including leadership, healthcare, AI, and interdisciplinary research, positioning me as a pivotal figure in the global wellness industry.

With decades of experience, including roles at Fortune 500 companies in the United States, I am a certified yoga teacher from Isha Foundation and recipient of several international awards. My background as a corporate director, along with my expertise in international stock trading, highlights my deep understanding of global markets.

2What motivated you to pursue this particular health initiative, and what impact has it had on individuals or communities?

My motivation stems from my deep commitment to integrating ancient yogic practices with modern science to offer personalized, holistic healthcare. This approach has transformed the lives of countless individuals.

My 500+ workshops have impacted more than 6,000 participants, while my leadership in product development supports traditional livelihoods and promotes sustainable health solutions globally. Initiatives like "The Wellness Wheel for Life" at Desert Garden Montessori have pioneered the integration of wellness in education, impacting children's health and well-being from a young age.

3Tell us more about your business/company, your job profile, and the specific responsibilities you undertake.

As the Regional Wing Director for Hatha Yoga Programs in the United States, I oversee the design, execution, and management of yoga programs. I handle everything from program scheduling, marketing, and teacher coordination to volunteer management and strategic planning.

I am also the Program Research Director for Product development (APAC), where I lead the development of over 300 unique wellness products rooted in ancient wisdom. My work involves research, product development, financial management, and ensuring fair trade practices that support traditional artisans and communities.

4Can you share a specific story or testimonial that exemplifies the positive impact your project has had on an individual or community?

One of the most impactful examples comes from my work with cancer patients. I integrated yogic and Ayurvedic practices into their recovery, offering personalized solutions that greatly aided their mental and physical well-being.

Additionally, "The Wellness Wheel for Life" initiative at Desert Garden Montessori has positively influenced children by nurturing holistic well-being through daily yogic practices and microbiome testing. The project helps children thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally, setting them up to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

5What inspired you to create this health-related creative project, and what message or impact were you aiming to convey?
My inspiration came from a desire to merge ancient wellness wisdom with modern science, particularly in the area of children's health. The "Wellness Wheel for Life" project was conceived to instill lifelong healthy habits in children, combining yogic practices, plant-based food, and personalized microbiome testing to promote holistic well-being. The project aims to revolutionize how we approach health in education, addressing the whole child—body, mind, and spirit.
6What unique artistic or creative elements did you utilize to communicate the health message or story?
In this project, we employed a visual representation of the Wellness Wheel, symbolizing balance and interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, we developed highly individualized "Life Recipes" for each participant, offering personalized health insights based on microbiome tests. We also incorporated video podcasts and interactive tools to engage participants, making the information accessible and relatable.
7How does your creative project contribute to raising awareness, promoting behaviour change, or improving health outcomes?
"The Wellness Wheel for Life" not only raises awareness about holistic well-being but also empowers individuals—especially children—to take control of their health. By integrating yogic practices, personalized nutrition, and scientific testing like microbiome analysis, we provide actionable insights that lead to lasting behavior changes and improved health outcomes. The initiative has the potential to reshape health education globally.
8What unique and compelling elements did you incorporate into your advertising materials to capture attention and deliver the health message effectively?
Our advertising strategy focused on the novelty and scientific rigor of the project. We highlighted the personalized nature of the Life Recipe, a unique health solution tailored to each individual’s microbiome. Engaging visuals, testimonials from participants, and data-driven results were used to capture attention and underscore the project's credibility and potential to revolutionize health education.
9Congratulations! As a winner of the TITAN Health Awards, what does it mean to you, your company or team to receive this award distinction?
This award is a validation of our efforts to integrate ancient wisdom with modern science for holistic well-being. It acknowledges the innovation and impact of our work at Isha Foundation, Isha Life and Desert Garden Montessori and inspires us to continue expanding these wellness initiatives globally. It also reinforces our commitment to creating positive social change through health education.
10Can you explain a bit about the winning work you entered into the TITAN Health Awards, and why you chose to enter this project?

We entered "The Wellness Wheel for Life" project because of its innovative approach to integrating holistic well-being into education. It is a pioneering initiative that focuses on the whole child and has the potential to revolutionize health practices in schools worldwide.

The project aligns with our mission to combine yogic wisdom, nutrition, and modern health practices for lasting impact.

11What was the biggest challenge with this project?
One of the biggest challenges was maintaining confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the research, while also ensuring the project moved forward efficiently. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders—schools, research institutions, Insurance funding and healthcare providers—across different phases was also a complex task that required careful planning and execution.
12How has winning an Award developed your practice/career?
Winning the TITAN Health Awards would amplify the visibility of our wellness initiatives, opening doors to new partnerships and collaborations. It also serves as a recognition of our innovative approach, solidifying my career as a leader in global wellness research and healthcare integration.
13What are your top three (3) things you think is unique about the health industry?

1. The integration of ancient holistic practices like Ayurveda and yoga with modern medical science.

2. The growing focus on personalized medicine and health solutions based on individual needs.

3. The increasing role of technology and AI in transforming healthcare diagnostics and treatments.

14What makes your country unique in the health industry?
India’s rich history of Ayurveda and yogic practices uniquely positions it as a leader in holistic wellness. The blend of Indian traditional wisdom and the United States's modern science makes both of them a key player in global healthcare, with a focus on both preventive and therapeutic care.
15Where do you see the evolution of the health industry going over the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5-10 years, I foresee greater integration of AI, personalized medicine, and holistic practices like Ayurveda and yoga. The focus will shift towards preventive care and wellness-centered healthcare solutions that promote sustainable, long-term health.
16What resources would you recommend to someone who wants to improve their skills in the health industry?
I recommend focusing on cross-disciplinary learning by exploring both traditional practices like Ayurveda and modern sciences like AI and cognitive neuroscience. Platforms offering research papers, courses, and webinars on these topics are invaluable resources.
17Who has inspired you in your life and why?
Sadhguru, the founder of Isha Foundation, has been a major inspiration to me. His teachings on inner transformation and his efforts to promote holistic well-being globally have greatly influenced my own journey.
18What is your key to success? Any parting words of wisdom?
The key to success lies in balance—integrating the wisdom of the past with the innovations of the future. Perseverance and staying true to one’s mission are crucial. Never stop learning, evolving, and giving back to society.

I would like to emphasize that holistic wellness is not just about individual physical and mental health; it’s about the well-being of the entire planet. We must all work together to promote sustainable, health-centered lifestyles that benefit both people and the environment.
