Mohan Anturkar is the founder of M SQUARE ENGINEERS, which is celebrating its 25th year in operation. With over 33 years of personal experience in the industry, he leads his company as experts in the supply, erection, commissioning, performance testing, and upgrading of cooling towers.
M SQUARE ENGINEERS emphasizes integrated solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of entire plants, not just isolated cooling tower systems. The company is known for its innovative designs and focus on environmentally friendly "green towers." Through more than 200 new ideas, it has contributed significantly to energy conservation, saving over Rs 400 crore for the nation.
2What is your role in the company?
As the founder and CEO, my primary focus is on the happiness of all stakeholders. My role encompasses ensuring proper cash flow and providing strategic guidance. I am dedicated to fostering a positive attitude among everyone to cultivate a strong culture of a customer-first mindset.
My commitment extends to building long-term relationships, maintaining an attitude of gratitude, and emphasizing the importance of effort, innovation, and speed. Above all, I prioritize safety first in all our endeavors.

M SQUARE ENGINEERS was established 25 years ago and has since built a prestigious clientele, including many Fortune 500 companies in India such as Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, PPL, Aarti, UPL, GFL, GNFC, among others. Our team, from technicians to junior members, embodies a customer-first attitude and a spirit of gratitude.
We believe in forging lasting relationships—once someone becomes our customer, they remain so indefinitely. In emergency situations, we go above and beyond to serve our customers, always with a smile and a commitment to ensuring their happiness.
4Describe the industry your organization is specialized in, as well as its main characteristics.
We specialize in cooling towers, designed to cool water that removes heat from industrial processes and releases it into the atmosphere. Our services cater to a diverse range of industries including process engineering, refineries, steel, cement, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, paint, chemicals, and many others.

Consistent performance, rooted in discipline, is essential. It's important to transform all threats into opportunities. As we grow, attracting and training quality personnel remains a critical challenge.
8As a business owner, please tell us more about your ideation process.
We aim to achieve breakthroughs by tripling our speed of execution compared to previous records and cutting energy consumption by 50% from past levels. All of this should be accomplished with smiles and happiness.

India is experiencing significant investments, which are generating substantial business opportunities for small and medium enterprises.

We prioritize attracting talented individuals and investing in their training. Our approach is centered on innovation and prioritizing the needs of others.
15Where do you see the evolution of the overall business industry in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next five years, we aim to achieve three to four times growth.
16Who inspired you in your life, and why?
My first boss, Mr. R Mukherjee, was a very dynamic leader with a positive attitude. Inspirational figures like Swami Gaur Gopal Das, Swami J.K. Mukundanand, Mr. Shiv Khera, Smt. B.K. Shivani, Mr. Rajan, Mr. Sonu Sharma, and Dr. Yogesh Pawar have also influenced me with their innovative ideas, insightful approaches to mind management, and tremendous enthusiasm.
