Hi, my name is Nicole Maria Oestreich. I discovered my love for photography as a child. Due to various circumstances, I lost my love for a while. But I found it again a long time ago.
I taught myself everything I know about photography through self-study. I am currently taking a course at a distance photography school, which I started in October to get a lecturer's opinion on my photography. And to get a certificate for my performance in the course.
The first photo I took in my life was when I was about 5 years old, my Barbie with her Ken in the Barbie car.
When you take photos, it's like an artist filling the white canvas with paint.
My view of the world.
It means a lot to me. The picture I submitted is very important to me in its message. It was a great honor for me to be able to take the silver place in the category.
You can see Thyssenkrupp in my work. The photo was created to tell how many workers in the industry give up their health, and how dirty and hard the work is, but the company paints itself colorfully on its gasometer and other buildings while workers sweat inside in exchange for their health for money. I thought this picture would be perfect for the Architecture- Industry category because the exterior of the industry always looks impressive and large. In contrast, important workers seem small and inconspicuous.
Time will tell what comes.
There are ups and downs, only those who survive both can make it through.
Go your own way and don't follow a trend but what you love.
My family encourages me to do what I love.
