What happens when you order a commission from an artist and tell them to just go wild? Well, you’re not only getting a great result, but you also get a feel of how much passion is put into each and every unique element scattered throughout the work. Almost like a kaleidoscope.
This is also exactly what Green Palm Motel did when they commissioned 0. 10 Interior Design Firm to also go absolutely wild on designing the rooms for their hotel. What resulted is a perfect blend of taking inspirations and natural materials from nature and merging them together with simple and utilitarian industrial design seen in many interior design themes lately. And in the end, it transformed into a beautiful Jungle Kaleidoscope in the middle of the busy metropolitan Taiwan city.
Whereas many other hotel chains you would find will have at least several different classifications of room types with differing tiers of comfort. Each and every single room in the Green Palm Motel is completely different and unique from each other. Having its own little themes and quirks that make every guests’ stay a one-of-a-kind experience. Just like a Jungle Kaleidoscope.
Additionally, each unique room in the Green Palm Motel also have vastly different materials used for all fixtures. While one room may primarily make use of wood and iron, another may commit entirely to the industrial design language instead. However, one element that is entirely consistent throughout all the rooms is the exotic patterns printed in the wallpapers. Establishing a vibe where the guests can feel incredibly relaxed.
